Rebecca Dykema: Hello, my name is Rebecca Dykema. I'm the Global Head of Partnerships at a company called CreativeX. CreativeX is a series B London through New York based start up. I've been here about two years. I joined from Google where I spent 10 years I joined there as part of the acquisition of a start up. I've worked between sort of big tech and the start up ecosystem for the last 20 so years and I joined CreativeX having spent 10 years at Google and was looking to Pete and Emily for some coaching as I began to build out a revenue org in you know, in a series B environment. They have been super helpful for me in that journey, obviously, moving back and forth between big tech and start up land requires a bit of a transition. and the frameworks that you use in one environment versus another are quite different. And Pete has been super helpful. Emily has been super helpful as I've re-immersed myself in that landscape.
