Now, I first met Pete when he was giving a talk at an event to a packed auditorium telling them how to drive predictable revenue efficiently, namely building predictable sales teams and revenue engines for companies trying to scale from that 1 to 2 million mark up to 10 million and beyond. And I was really awestruck by the extent to which he focused on calculating metrics, tracking the right metrics, having the sales and revenue analytics in place and the right forecasting methodologies. So we got talking and were very fortunate that shortly after he accepted the position as Kluster advisor and then board member. Now bear in mind at the time we're maybe four or five people had a minimum viable product, not many or any customers whatsoever. And he really helped us build up our first playbook, hire our first sales reps. He helped more broadly with his experience and expertise across the start up with operational, legal, fundraising challenges and I could really count on him, messaging him any time of night or day and he would reply with help, introductions to people and I really am very thankful for that. Now, moving forward today, Kluster is a global business supporting incredible companies all around the world who are backed by the best venture capital funds, private equity funds, and publicly listed. And we wouldn't be where we are today if we didn't make that jump from MVP to the first million and beyond, which is really where Pete was on our board and in our corner, helping us every step of the way I would thoroughly recommend working with Pete.
