What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?
Curtis Steeksma: I had recently moved into a sales director role, which was a new step in my career and I needed some outside mentorship in regards to things like building compensation plans, improving overall sales process and calculating sales velocity.
What did you like about them and how they worked with you?
Curtis Steeksma: I think Pete does a really excellent job of letting me fully articulate the challenges that I'm facing and then provide a really thoughtful and thorough response. It seems like every time I ask a question to Pete, he has an answer for me and there are no stupid questions, I find myself furiously typing to keep up with the note taking during our sessions. And then I will often go back and reflect and further absorb later in the week. So, we just have really effective sessions where I feel like I could talk about pretty much anything. And that Pete has a really thoughtful response in everything we discuss.
What results did you get with Pete & Emily?
Curtis Steeksma: It's difficult to quantify the results that we've seen specifically only because there's been so many micro improvements over time.
