Richard Murby: So I think prior to working with Pete, one of the things I was really trying to understand is like, what is my role in sales leadership at a start up as the organization starts to scale, going from being just really kind of the CEO & myself selling to starting to build a team and more of a process around that and trying to understand both what we need to build, how to not make us too process heavy, but also understand how our roles are changing during that. And Pete's really been invaluable in helping me think through that transition.

Richard Murby: I think the thing that I've liked most about working with Pete is his flexibility in terms of being available for me and actually responding to what's present and front of mind for me at that time. We regularly have a plan for sessions and I'll jump on and say, well, actually, you know, this thing is really top of mind for me right now. And he's always kind of available and very adaptive to my needs and understanding kind of what I need to think through at that particular moment. And that's always very helpful to me. I really feel like there's a kind of extra person on my side helping me work through all the opportunities that we face.

Richard Murby: I think the biggest results that I've seen are both in terms of, you know, our sales and our process growing and our ability to onboard people and grow the team, improve massively. But also I think just in general a kind of sense of having much more control over the process and much more clarity of thought around what it is we need to be doing, what it is we need to be building. And in many ways, for me, that's actually the biggest impact from this, that I feel much more aware of what's happening within our organization and feel like we have much more fidelity in terms of being able to operate that and make changes successfully.
