What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?

Nina Djordjevic: Wrapping my head around the complexity and chaos of daily tasks that span between hands on operations and high level strategy with an execution plan on top.

What did you like about them and how they worked with you?

Nina Djordjevic: Pete allowed for space in which we could talk about problem solving. We could talk about handling a specific situation that I struggled with. All the way to solving and working through big strategic topics that would change my day to day, that would change the way that my team worked. As well as actually change the commercial direction of the company.

Nina Djordjevic: Pete allows for a space to problem solve, to discuss specific situations that I struggled with. He helped me handle my confidence in certain topics which when you're in executive roles, sometimes is really the extra support that you need. All the way to actually handling large complex strategic topics that changed my day as a VP sales that changed the way that my team worked and sometimes changed the commercial direction of the company.

What results did you get with Pete & Emily?

Nina Djordjevic: Peter helped me better understand the concept of GTM, which led to splitting them within the company and increasing revenue in some areas of the business. Another thing that was extremely helpful to me as a leader was he helped me focus and refocus each time that multiple topics would fall on my plate, and learn and understand what my priorities are and how to actually focus on those first things, which is increasing the revenue for the business.
