Speaker: Max Feider, VP Revenue Operations & Strategy, Moss
What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?
Max Feider: I have worked with Pete for about nine months while I was interim Chief Revenue Officer at Moss, the interim role was a great new role for me and definitely a stretch opportunity as well. During these nine months, Moss faced all the typical high growth start up challenges. Be it adjustments to business models, launching new SaaS pricing or setting up an outbound team for success. And throughout this time, it was great to have an experienced veteran like Pete as a thought partner and a sounding board. Pete is a great listener and has an excellent ability to pattern-match his experience with similar situations that our business was in. So really nice to work with him on all of these topics.
What did you like about them and how they worked with you?
Max Feider: I really enjoyed working with Pete for a number of reasons. First of all, he asked all the right questions. He doesn't assume that he has all the right answers. But his process rather involves an open conversation from which emerges a really strong basis for sound decision making. Secondly, Pete has such a vast experience on go to market topics. He has an excellent ability to pattern-match what he has experienced as a professional with whatever situations our business was in and honestly, that was tremendously valuable throughout. Lastly, Pete is super structured in his thinking. He seems to have frameworks and mental models for just about everything. And that again did help me quite a bit on a number of topics really.
What results did you get with Pete & Emily?
Max Feider: Well, it can be hard to quantify the value of a good coach. I'm very confident that my time with Pete was very well invested. I know for a fact that our interactions helped me make better business decisions in a number of cases. They helped me avoid some rookie mistakes, and definitely also helped me grow as a person and as a professional. So big thank you for that Pete.
