What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?

Luc Lammers: Before working with Pete, I found it hard as a new sales leader to come up with the right GTM strategies to scale the sales organization for the next 12 to 24 months. So it was really nice to have somebody like Pete coaching me, giving feedback on budgeting, forecasting incentive models, sales structure. And anything else that I needed to scale the sales organization.

What did you like about them and how they worked with you?

Luc Lammers: What I really enjoyed during my conversations with Pete over the last two years is that he says it like he sees it. He does not beat around the bush. So if you present something or come up with a plan, he's going to give you all the feedback that he's got and he's not trying to be nice. He's just trying to be open and transparent. And although Pete is a very nice guy, his directness has really helped me over the last few years when I needed it the most.

What results did you get with Pete & Emily?

Luc Lammers: While working with Pete for over two years, I went through various roles from Head of Sales, to Global Sales Director and VP Sales. And throughout all these roles, Pete really helped me to scale the sales team and get to the next level myself also on a personal level. And you know, I've seen the business go from about $10M ARR up to $40M ARR and Pete was a big help while doing so.
