Speaker: Jason Lindstrom, CEO, Bucketlist Rewards

What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?

Jason Lindstrom: My name is Jason Lindstrom. I'm the CEO over at Bucketlist Rewards. We are a high growth Software as a Service business. The challenges I was facing prior to working with Pete was I needed help and advice around recruiting. I really wanted the help. I wanted some help on how to up level some of our stronger reps and some of our emerging sales leaders. And most importantly, I wanted advice on how to successfully build a high growth organization.

What did you like about them and how they worked with you?

Jason Lindstrom: I've really enjoyed working with Pete Crosby. He's provided fantastic advice to myself and to a number of the people that I work with. Pete has a unique ability to really pinpoint the root cause of an issue and provide a really great solution on how to fix the said problem. He's also a great storyteller and mentor. So it's both easy and enjoyable to listen to his advice and to deploy it into the team. And over the past two years, we've been able to double our revenue twice. And I think Pete's coaching has really contributed a lot to that in regards to being able to uplevel the team members. And provide a lot of nice guidance on how to successfully scale a SaaS business.

What results did you get with Pete & Emily?

Jason Lindstrom: So when it comes to results, some of the cool things I've seen after working with Pete is he's been able to help me nurture and mentor one of our best AEs and help grow them into a sales director. And that individual is doing a fantastic job. He continues to meet with Pete on a weekly and biweekly basis. And then, the company's grown really swiftly over the past two years, we've actually grown revenue 200%. And that's certainly something we're darn pleased with. And again, I think Pete had a lot to do with that.
