What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?
Fiona McClune: So I met Pete I would say at a pivotal point in my career. I was confused as to what would be my next steps. And I was fortunate enough to have quite a few options. But Pete is just incredible. He's an exceptional coach. He brings this wealth of experience, but also this really, I think quite a unique blend of logical thinking and also instinctive insights. So when you do end up making your decision, you're really confident that you've nailed it.
What did you like about them and how they worked with you?
Fiona McClune: So Pete is very personable. He is highly emotionally intelligent. You just know from the get go that he fully understands the way in which you think, which is fantastic, but also quite tough, he has high attention to detail. So will always push you, challenge you, to think slightly differently, which I very much enjoyed and I think it's incredibly productive.
What results did you get with Pete & Emily?
Fiona McClune: So first and foremost, when I met Pete, it was a time when I was just going for, looking for, a new role. I got my dream job and I still continue to enjoy it every day, which is fairly unusual, I guess. And I know it's the best fit for me and he enabled me to make the best decision, which is fantastic. He still coaches me to this day. And now I think, you know, the result I get on a regular basis is that he makes me a better version, than I would have been without him in this role. So, yeah, he's pretty valuable.
