What challenge did you have before working with Pete & Emily?
Alex Baker: I think like any start up, we were trying to grow as fast as possible with minimal resources. So trying to work through a whole bunch of problems all at the same time and figure them out as we go along. So with Pete's help we were able to work through those things much faster than if we were just trying to figure them all out on our own.
What did you like about them and how they worked with you?
Alex Baker: Pete is one of the most articulate people I know in the SaaS space. And he just has this amazing ability to break down really complex scenarios, processes, a narrative, into very simple digestible, clear advice. And he's helped me work through so many different things. I couldn't list them all if I had many hours. So he's almost like for me, almost like a therapist in the SaaS space, in the business space. So he's been amazing to work with. Always fair, always very reasonable, tells it straight, tells you like it is. Yeah, his advice has been invaluable to me.
What results did you get with Pete & Emily?
Alex Baker: Pete's advice has really helped us to be able to zoom out and see the bigger picture, see how everything fits together. And for me personally, be more strategic in how we can help the business grow. And I think whenever we've worked on something specific together, we've, whenever we've sort of implemented the advice that's been given, we've always achieved what we wanted to achieve. We've always got that result and that's ultimately helped us to grow the business faster.
