Please briefly describe the project that ReThink HR worked on with you?
Hollie Mann: ReThink HR worked with me on both my selection project to find the right system for my company - we eventually chose HiBob. And then they returned later to help us with the full implementation through from the initial getting into the system, setting up right the way through to roll out with our employees and managers and getting everyone trained up on the system.
What were the key things that ReThink HR brought to the project?
Hollie Mann: Our ReThink HR consultant did all of our project management for us. So that was really useful in that we didn't have to think about where we were in the project because somebody else was keeping track so we could focus on everything that we needed to do to prepare our data and configure the system. They also brought system expertise thinking about ways in which we could best use the system and get the most out of it.
What would you say to other businesses considering to use ReThink HR?
Hollie Mann: I'd say definitely use ReThink HR. Their consultants are really knowledgeable, really friendly and helpful. They really added so much value to our project. I don't think we could have done it without them.
