Nicole Yamin: Hi, my name is Nicole Yemen. I live in San Antonio Texas. My son is Nicholas Yemen He's 11 years old and he is on his first retainer. He's gonna have to have a second set of braces, but he's on his first retainer and it fell on the floor, I stepped on it and we cracked it. But Amanda (customer service) has been wonderful, Really, really great.
