Video Transcript

Speaker: Maria Martiniello

Why did you choose to attend?

Maria Martiniello: Hello. My name is Maria Martinello and I recently took the podcasting for 11 course with kim at resilient new media from start to finish on that day, I have to tell you the whole day was super riveting firstly, the amazing people that were there the day of the course were really delightful and lovely. We started off with our wives for taking this course and started from there. Every moment was filled with such informative information. Kim's course really sets you up for success. I love that, kim asked us firstly to do all of our research so that we have a great foundation, just end to set our own expectations to ensure that we were doing all the legwork so that we could see longevity for our podcasting endeavors. But I would say the most important thing of the day was the inspiration that kim provided us. She gave us permission to be successful with our podcast and gave us all the tools that we needed when the day ended. I felt like I had everything that I needed to move forward and to be confident so that I too could plan execute and market my own podcast. So thank you very much kim and resilient new media. I had the greatest day and worth all the investment in my time and I just thank you for that, appreciate it

What was one of the most impactful takeaways for you?

Maria Martiniello: One of the most impactful takeaways from me was really the inspiration. Um kim does a great job on setting you up for success, giving you permission to be successful and really reminding you that you have your own voice. And to me that it was the most important messaging ever. I think in this dog eat dog world of marketing, podcasting, all these great things. Sometimes we tend to get lost in the mix. But um, kim did give us permission to say, hey, you have your own voice and you can be successful at creating your own podcast.

Length of course, do you believe 1, 2 or 3 days would be best for the content and implementation?

Maria Martiniello: As far as the length of the course, I do believe that you know a two day um course would be sufficient. I think if I had any recommendations it would be wonderful if we could um interview each other and that way there we we could get the feel of what that looks like and what that feels like. And um just kind of getting that experiential part of it. I think that would be the only thing that I could say that would be most helpful and that could um provide us with an extra half day of content and experience.
