You have been a customer of ours for awhile now. What makes you stay?

Tricia Berthet: We've been with reseller ratings for 12 years now and continue due to the resellers team's excellent sense of partnership. Um They are really wonderful about listening to us. They don't rest on their laurels, um and are consistently working to improve the product and services and partner with their clients to make it the best that it possibly can be.

What pain point or problem were you trying to solve before working with us? What results have you seen from that?

Tricia Berthet: Over the years, reseller has partnered with us to solve several challenges. The most recent um and significant has been figuring out how to get more positive reviews on other sites. And the tool that we've used for this is amplify. Um with just a really quick training, we were able to go live. And over the course of the past year, we've more than doubled our ratings on other rating websites that we don't have um memberships to, but that now get positive traffic as well as negative traffic. Um and it's been really powerful as far as better representing our brand and company uh across multiple review platforms.

Why is the shoppers' voice important to your business?

Tricia Berthet: There are several reasons that we deeply value the zero party data that comes directly from our customers. I mean, number one, we exist to be able to provide them services and to make sure that they're having a great customer experience and that they'll return. Um The reseller platform allows us to see detailed feedback about any gaps in services, about any new ideas that customers might have or um products that they wish we carried or areas where, where we're falling short and also areas where we're succeeding and be able to share that with our team, which is really reaffirming. Um It's a really great opportunity to be able to use that data and make it actionable.

How does your business use your shoppers' voice in a strategic way?

Tricia Berthet: We use the robust data analytics within the reseller platform to be able to identify trending topics and how many customers are talking about particular issues in order to prioritize solutions um for our team.
