Briefly introduce yourself.
Sheila D.: Hi, my name is Sheila. I live in Nebraska, but I'm from Pennsylvania. I am 73 years young and I've been using Res-Q products for probably two decades.
What has been your experience with Res-Q products?
Sheila D.: I use the Res-Q 1250 the fish oil, the Vitamin D3 and SmartCal+ also HEART360. And, they've really made a difference in my quality of life.
How has Res-Q helped to enhance your wellness?
Sheila D.: It's really hard to say, which is my favorite. I love the 1250 fish oil because I used to have pain in my hips when I walked and it got, I was, I'm very active and a friend I told a friend about it and she said, oh, you should try this Res-Q 1250 fish oil. She said in a month, your pain will be gone. In a month my pain has been gone and that's been, like I said, about two decades. The other one that is just too good not to tell you about is the SmartCal+. I have severe osteoporosis. And two years ago I started taking SmartCal+ and my when I got my tested again for the osteoporosis, I had a 4% increase in bone density. That is incredible! And I will never stop taking it.
What do you like about the company?
Sheila D.: I love the Res-Q company. It has been a lifesaver for me. So many things I love. The customer service is excellent. I've called the one I had mentioned about the SmartCal+. I called and talked to one of the representatives, named Lily. And I asked her, do you have anything, has anybody ever said anything, that your SmartCal+ helped them? And she said, 'Yes, my aunt.' So, I just love the personal, you know, I can call up and say, 'hey, I have this issue. What do you think I should do?' And everybody, everybody, is so wonderful and helpful. I know it's quality. The products are quality because... I have to tell you about the fish oil. I started taking it. This was a long time ago. I started taking it and I thought it, you know, this is kind of expensive but it's worth it. And then we saw some cheaper fish oil at Costco. My husband says, 'You wanna try it?' And I said, 'Why not? We'll try to save money.' In three weeks of taking Costco of fish oil, my pain was back. I immediately went back on Res-Q fish oil and I haven't changed since and I won't. Yeah, I just appreciate the company so much. I appreciate the sales. I always wait for a sale because, we're retired and on a fixed income, but it is worth it! The quality of life for me is worth every penny I spend on the supplements.
