Jeffrey I.: The MEN360 Multivitamin product has a multitude of different minerals and vitamins, that are either at the daily allowance of 100% or much higher than that for many of the ingredients. It gives a lot of energy as you use it on a daily basis. They are easy to swallow. And, I just like the way uh, how it makes me feel and that I'm getting the nutrition that I need on a daily basis.
