I recently injured my calf by doing calf raises at the gym, and, uh, I called Lily to ask, um, for some suggestions because I thought I would use just 1250 fish oil, uh, and, um the CurcuminULTRA. And uh. I was going to take 3 1250 fish oil and 2 CurcuminULTRA and she cautioned me on that that could cause stomach upset and she also suggested GlycoMarine which I had never thought of using. The 3 products uh reduced the swelling, stop the pain within 2 days. I was thrilled with the results. I was thrilled with her knowledge of the products. Res-Q have wonderful products.
