Randall Henderson: There is one principle I want to share that I've seen a lot of companies do wrong, and it's the understanding between strategy in your property management business and the tactics in your property management business. So what do I mean by that? Strategy is the overall, what are you trying to achieve? What makes you different in the marketplace? Who is your target customer? That is your strategy. That is, you know, I'm going to work with investors. I'm gonna work with owners who only have one or two. I'm gonna go after people with 10plexes. I'm going to have this be the thing that sets me apart. It's very related to your vision, the vision that you have for your company, and it needs to be strong and clear because if you don't have a clear strategy. Then the tactics that you're doing every day to try to execute that strategy are just noise and activity. There's no purpose or point behind them. So you have to start with strategy in your company, and then from there you can break down your tactics. In other words, how am I going to move the needle with that customer? How am I going to communicate with them? What am I going to do every day to try to accomplish that strategy or touch those customers or bring them into my company or help, help them see through marketing how different I am? Just remember, without a clear strategy, your tactics are just activity. Start with your vision. Good luck.
