Choosing a Go-to-Market Partner
Stacy Jones: Before coming to RenderTribe, the DoseSpot marketing organization lacked a lot of focus and a lot of discipline on really measuring our funnel and creating a steady flow of leads. RenderTribe has really helped us with attribution and making sure that we know what's happening at every part of the marketing funnel and being able to really track those conversions and build a good story and a good revenue story out of the dollars that we're investing in things like advertising and content development.
Stacy Jones: And the other thing that Render Tribe has really helped us with is really exploring and honing our ABM strategy. We were just kicking tires before we came to RenderTribe trying to figure out how we could piece this together on our own. But they really become like an additional team member to us and have really helped us get these programs launched and off the ground.
Pipeline-Driven Results
Stacy Jones: Over time, we've seen a really big improvement in lead quality. So our conversion rate from marketing qualified to sales qualified has gone up. And also, we see we have a really strong conversion from sales qualified to opportunity and it hasn't always been that way And I think we are, we are honing in and attracting the right customers.
Stacy Jones: that they want to see. I think we couldn't have done that on our own. I think it's really all of the, the help and influence and guidance that RenderTribe has provided us.
Transparency & Partnership
Stacy Jones: I think it's really important that if you're going to work with RenderTribe or quite frankly, any vendor, um transparency is really important and we have let them see the good, the bad and the ugly with what's going on at our team because they're always willing to jump in and help and they really have become such a crucial partner and they have some of that historic knowledge about our business now because they've been with us for so long. And I just think treating them as a member or an extension of your team will make all the difference in, your relationship and, and how you get things done. And so again, that transparency has been really important to, to help them, help us dial up and take our marketing efforts to the next level.
