Stuart Gilly: Um How are things trending? I think progress on projects have been good so far. I'm finding that um things that have been delegated to Jack or Gabe or others is working out well. I think Todd and I continue to be the roadblocks. Um Partly because I think we're not, um we're not scheduling the things that the work that needs to be done. I think we're trying to do it at night or off times and we're not doing a good job of, of getting uh work done during the day. I do think the idea that you've had in the past Gabe about working sessions works well. So, um but overall, I think progress on projects is happening. I think we're moving quicker and faster on stuff. I just think that I continue to be the roadblock on progress.

Stuart Gilly: What items do I need help with this week? I think that um we've had a uh hire for, we had a hire or we had someone join inspect today. Caroline Davis is the sales director. Um I think we'll get Ross Schwab to join next week as a sales engineer. Um looks like we're gonna get Aaron Straman to get back involved as well. So I think um I believe that Jack's role will start to evolve with INSPEC next week and I told him that I really need him to um start thinking about the client success manager or the, or the support specialist or senior support specialist role, whatever that looks like to where we can start having more um weekly touches with our clients. Although as I'm doing this async, I'm like, wait a second, maybe this is the tool we need to be using with all of our employees, all of our uh coaching clients. This seems like it'd be really effective. Um But I think I also still need help on. We got to get the M and A packages done. We need to get the alliance website launched. Uh Obviously, those are most important um vets 2 p.m. See where that is. Um also um first Tuesday site launch as well. That's another thing I still want to get. I don't think that's this week. I think that's maybe next week. Um and then uh just, you know, helping me and Jack to be more efficient, making sure that we can design those hours that Jack will be donating back from inspect to tri. How can that help us to really um grow the alliance? Uh do a better job of managing our clients through the accelerator, doing a better job of managing vs clients and our uh advisory clients as well.

Stuart Gilly: Um new projects or opportunities right now. Um I think we've got a, I think we've got, you know, Blake Brewer, which I need to do his audio and send that over to him tonight or first thing in the morning. Um I think the alliances in the M and a package are in my mind or the new projects or opportunities that we just really got, get done and start um getting them in front of people so that they can sign up and join. Um Other than that, II, I don't know any other new projects or opportunities. I mean, there's more things coming every day but I think this is, that's enough for right now.

Stuart Gilly: Um I'm thinking about how cool this tool is and how this kind of reminds me of geek bot. Um But maybe better because there's the audio function of it. Uh oh um I'm also kind of thinking that um we've just got a ton of really good opportunities going on at charity right now um with all the things that we got going on, um We, we probably need to um once we get the alliance launched and once we get the M and a product in Kevin's hands, I think it might be time for like Gabe and Stuart and Todd to maybe have like a, a few day retreat and just kind of get away for a little while and, and really kind of think about, ok, now that we've got our products figured out and we kind of know our target market and what we're going after, you know, what do we need to be thinking about to make sure that we develop the right team and roles and responsibilities to be able to, to execute on these projects.

Stuart Gilly: Yeah, we just need to get our product on M and A done. Um And I think if we had that uh product ready to go from a landing page and a one pager, I think we could quickly get some things done. I've had some more thoughts about other people that could really support us on a 10 99 basis. I think we've got this guy Steve Miller that we met with this week. Um who could do some coaching, I think uh Erica from Kevin's, uh um you know, she's like a controller um that Kevin has, um I even think my brother le I talked to him today. I think he could do some consulting for us. Well, he's a good entrepreneur and he's, he's run, you know, businesses with me. And anyway, he's looking for some side hustle work right now, probably about four hours a day capacity to do some stuff. So he could be somebody that I could trust to get in and, and help us execute on some of these modules that would be there. And I just think there's other people that, you know, we could fractionally get to do that stuff. There's even people from next level we could pay to get them to do some of this stuff. So, um, I just think we need to get this product out, get it launched and, and see what we can do with it.

Stuart Gilly: So on the alliance, uh I have not watched Todd's uh 12 minute video yet. I've tried to play it a couple times but it's not playing for me. So I'm, I'm not sure what the deal is. I'm gonna try again today. But I think, um I think overall, you know, I think if we can get this alliance out there and launch, I think it's something we could go ahead and get people signed up. It is on, we're on the 18th of October and we, we still don't have the site ready. So I think that's, that's obviously something I know it's stressing you out, Gabe. Um But we need to get that. We just need to get done with it and get it out there. Um I do, I do uh have some people that I think I want to join who I would be. I'd be interested to send it out to like four or five people, kind of like we did with the podcast and just get there quick like, hey, will you join this? What do you think? Um before we send it to 200 people? Um But anyway, I don't know how you feel about that game. But I think that like Philip Lafarge is one of them for sure. I still want him to be a part of alliance. Um Also we need to build a one pager for, you know, how to ask people to be advisors in it or in that. Um Yeah, like Ben Cooper Alison grizzle, Philip Aar and others. I know they would be a part of it. We just need to figure out what our ask is of them.

Stuart Gilly: Um, I did meet this guy Steve Miller, um, and he came to our Vista group. Um, that was really, that was really, um, I really like this guy. I see him as one of these coaches that we can on board pretty quickly and be a part of the tri team. Um, I think he'd be awesome and, uh, I look forward to getting to know him more the day. The speaker David Braun this week was really good. I'd like him to be somebody that we continue to focus on and try to develop. Um, yeah, I think that's it for now.
