Carlos Batista : Melissa Caroline. Remax. Amazing five stars all around. Um Any questions I had to answer it? They pick up my phone calls late at night. It's been amazing. I highly recommend them in west Virginia and they also in Loudon County in Maryland. Amazing, amazing team. They work tirelessly for for you, for the client to make sure everything is up to date. Um They are very, very detailed with everything they do and you couldn't ask for more. Um I highly recommend them. They are really more than just five stars.
What is something about the Carolyn Young Team that made your experience unique?
Carlos Batista : as a first time Homebuyer. Um Well what made me really choose uh melissa and Caroline and the whole Remax team is just that they really care about their customers. Um They really true. They truly have and they really have, they have a compassion for people. They understand them because they've been there before. They've been in their shoes. So they really helped me calm my nerves and basically made the right decision. Especially when I when I had to make an offer, you know, I asked melissa what should I do? And she basically told me what to do step by step and she's negotiated with me in the cellar every step of the way. So I am super happy that they were there for me as a first time Homebuyer. I highly recommend on I don't see anyone else that I will be using in the future. You know when when I want to sell and buy another home, that's exactly who I am. I reach out to. The way they treated me, me and my wife. They amazing. They treated us with love and respect and professionalism and you know for them to you know, look at every perspective in every angle and tell you, you know what to do is it just tells you how much of an expert they are. Um So I highly recommend um choosing them. Um They are really are amazing team

Carlos Batista : Yes, definitely recommend Caroline. Her team melissa Remax. They really know the markets, they know what's going on in real time. Um They have the team to support them and they also help the clients made the right decision. You couldn't ask for anything more is amazing. Um I love the way they treated me and me and my family um You know for the closing it was amazing. They were there. Um I felt like they really care about the customer and to end from starting from the beginning of the process to the very end. They are there for you 24/7 on the weekend. So I really would highly recommend them. Um And I would I would suggest also to uh you know reach out to melissa. She's really awesome.
