What is your position on The Carolyn Young Team?
Mona Morison Botwick: Hi I'm metabolic I'm an agent with the Caroline young team.
How do you view Carolyn as a team leader?
Mona Morison Botwick: I think Caroline leads by example, she is the hardest working person I have ever known. Um every morning on zoom, we get to see her uh doing her work and we can pattern after her her dialogue and her objection handling. Um, and her um, she um she has fun when she's on the phones with people and um it's great learning from her.
What is the team culture like on The Carolyn Young Team?
Mona Morison Botwick: I think Caroline has had a great sense of who fits on the team. Everybody on the team is kind and supportive. Uh, we all cheer each other on, we all celebrate our success and we all pick each other up when we've had our downs. Um, we enjoy each other. We have this great team chat link that is always hysterical and people are always posting and so it's kind of a back and forth all day long. And um, we all feel very connected. I think it's really helped that everybody feels we are all in it together and we're better as a team.
