What is your position on The Carolyn Young Team?
Melissa Donnelly: I'm an ancient with Caroline young and I'm licensed in Virginia Maryland and west Virginia.
How do you view Carolyn as a team leader?
Melissa Donnelly: Caroline as a team leader is like no other and I mean that's so wholeheartedly. She checks in with every single team member every day just to see how you're doing. She genuinely cares. She knows your numbers, she knows your goals, she knows europe endings and what you should have pending. Um, she always supports you, works you through anything and makes us laugh every day. She has so much fun with us, but she is just so great to work for.
What is the team culture like on The Carolyn Young Team?
Melissa Donnelly: The culture of our team is more like a family. We support each other. We celebrate each other's successes, whether they're big or small, and it comes from, um, a genuine place of happiness for each other and nothing gets swept under the rug. We all work with each other for each other. We support each other, we touch based on almost a daily basis and we all get along, but we worked very hard to make that happen. And I would say we're not a team or a family.
