Our goal today in this particular webinar and the others in this series is simply to be a place where you can share what the experience of writing a dissertation is like, to get personal support, but also to help you think through some of the challenges and problems that you might be encountering. Think about dissertation writing, it's not like other writing. You don't start at the beginning and just go, right? You're not necessarily responding to someone else's prompt. You're generating every portion of this. And so it takes a lot of resources from you and a lot of time. As clinicians, we know the value of time and I know that we are busy. We are professionals, we have lives, we have families, we have other impinging things in our lives, right? But we need to carve out a consistent practice in our dissertation writing, we have to devote ourselves to it as a practice. But if you can just listen to yourself through this, through this process, through this situation, I think you will find that your voice grows stronger. I think this is just very supportive and I think Reiss-Davis is doing all in its power to support us and I really appreciate that. I agree. I totally agree. They've always been a nurturing spot. They can make suggestions without me having all this emotional fallout, you know, and things like that. And I think that's been an important strength of Reiss-Davis.
