Please tell us, why did you choose Recruitment Juice to fulfil your company apprenticeships requirements?
Tom Cartwright: We chose Recruitment Juice to fulfil our apprenticeship requirements because we were looking for a partner who had specialism in the recruitment sector and suppliers we previously used just didn't have this. For us, it was really important to have somebody that really understood our business, and particularly the recruitment sector.
What do you like most about Recruitment Juice?
Tom Cartwright: What do we like most about Recruitment Juice? Well, for us, it was the flexibility. The fact that it was all delivered online, which particularly when we first started dealing with Recruitment Juice, it was during COVID, we couldn't have people coming to our premises. So having that remote availability and for our learners being able to access the material as and when they needed to as and when they had the availability to that flexibility was really key for us.
What impact has the learning with Recruitment Juice had on your business?
Tom Cartwright: The impact for us has been great. We've been able to get a number of learners through the program. And the flexibility there has really helped us.
How did the mentors support the learner?
Tom Cartwright: The mentors have been really supportive for the learners. We've had a number of different mentors for each of the candidates that we've had to go through the program. Each of them have been, have been really supportive, and given good feedback for our candidates as well.
