What did you like most about your Qualification with Recruitment Juice?
Jordan Cooper: What I liked the most about the Recruitment Juice course was the flexibility that came with it so I could pick and choose what assignments I did first when I did those assignments and of course, the videos that came with them as well. I could log on to my phone in an evening and just sit down and watch the videos, which was really helpful. So the flexibility that they give you to do the course is the most helpful.
What impact has the learning with Recruitment Juice had on your job role?
Jordan Cooper: The impact of the Recruitment Juice course I've had on my job is that I feel so much more confident within my role. I know exactly what I'm doing and why I'm doing it now, I've learned so many different ways of questioning styles and I've also learned about networking so I can now network with a lot more people within the business.
Would you recommend the Recruitment Juice qualifications to other recruiters, and why?
Jordan Cooper: I would definitely recommend any recruiter or anybody looking to get into recruitment to do one of these courses because they are beneficial and they teach you so much about the recruitment life, the recruitment journey, how it all started and where it's going and the information that it gave is so insightful and all the different recruitment laws is definitely going to help you within your career.
