What do you see as the main benefits to your team having access to Recruitment Juice.
Tom Leech: Recruitment Juice is a major tool within our business. One of the major benefits of the learning portal itself is that you can take the videos and the lessons that you've learned and you can apply them to your desk immediately. To put it into context A lot of the training that we may do can have gaps where it could be 12-16 weeks between learning modules and sometimes you can get lost along the way. Recruitment Juice allows you to train on a regular, constant basis and then put that learning straight to your desk and put it into play.
What do you and your team love most about Juice?
Tom Leech: There are many reasons why as a company, we love Recruitment Juice. I think the main reasons are the quality of the content, the professionalism, there's also a lighthearted nature within the learning itself. So it makes it easy to digest. But ultimately, it's the way that we can pick this training up on a day to day basis and put it down. But in the meantime, what you do pick up, you can apply to your desk straight away.
Would you recommend Recruitment Juice to other recruiters, and why?
Tom Leech: We would absolutely recommend Recruitment Juice to anybody looking to invest in training within the workplace. The main reason for this is it's stand alone in the way that its content is set out. It allows you to get amongst the learning on a day to day basis and apply all the things learnt immediately to your desk. For me, it is a tool that has to stay within our business because I think it has a massive effect in the long term success of the business.
