Could you describe a time that Recruitment Juice helped you, and why?

Stephanie Lambert: Recruitment juice has helped me, define what it actually means to be a recruiter. A lot of people from the outside think it's quite an easy job, but there's a lot more to it than meets the eye. And they sort of, widened my knowledge on being a recruiter through the use of scenarios to having there's like a, a module on there where you go through like the whole process of, calling a candidate and creating a short list and giving them to the client and the whole process and the ins and outs that come with it that you wouldn't normally think about from the outside. It is an incredible learning tool that I still continue to use now. Even though I'm not, essentially training anymore through recruitment, like through my company. It's still good to have Recruitment Juice there as like a refresher to go through things that I might get stuck on. There's loads of different modules that you can go through for specifics that if you get a little bit stuck or you're not sure how a process works. You can just click on it and it will tell you everything you need to know. It is amazing.

How would you describe Recruitment Juice in three words?

Stephanie Lambert: I would describe Recruitment Juice as innovative. It's quite an extensive learning tool that a lot of thought has gone in behind it and it's not something that, you can get with a lot of jobs you go with that you go for nowadays. So I would definitely say it's a very innovative learning tool. I would also say it's very creative, the way that they use different mind maps and bullet points and there's loads of different ways of setting out information. So it's not just the same style of information coming at you every time. it's very colorful and it keeps you engaged. And I would say it is a very interesting learning tool. You definitely learn things through Recruitment Juice that you wouldn't learn just from getting chucked in the job and doing it straight away and there's stuff that you might not learn from your colleagues and friends and things like that. So it's definitely a very interesting learning tool, to see a process set out step by step

Would you recommend Recruitment Juice to other recruiters, and why?

Stephanie Lambert: I would 100% recommend Recruitment Juice not only to other recruiters but to other recruitment consultancies and agencies as well. There is always room for improvement and always room to better yourself. You've never fully learned everything as a recruiter, which is part of why I love the job so much is the constant change in the market. You're constantly challenging yourself to learn new things with the changing market. So it's a very, very good tool to use. There are different scenarios and situations you go through in Recruitment Juice that help you deal with a candidate shortage or a client shortage, a vacancy shortage, like that kind of thing. And it definitely allows you to broaden your knowledge and continue learning. The information they give you applies to a lot of different scenarios. And I think that's such a the great thing about it is that you can use the information you gain from it for so many different parts as your role as a recruiter.
