Could you describe a time that Recruitment Juice helped you, and why?
Shannon Lucas: I would say Recruitment Juice has helped me in two ways. One, I did an apprenticeship through Recruitment Juice with a previous company and two using it through Platinum is now helping me develop my account management skills in a more advanced way. The account management course really helped me understand the benefits of social media a bit more in detail and just get a general consensus of how I should be speaking to my clients.
How would you describe Recruitment Juice in three words?
Shannon Lucas: My three words to describe Recruitment Juice would be great to refresh. I like to refresh using the Recruitment Juice videos to just bring more experience and more expertise to my desk. Basically just given an overall more consultative approach.
Would you recommend Recruitment Juice to other recruiters, and why?
Shannon Lucas: Yes, I would recommend Recruitment Juice to other recruiters just because it's easy to fit it into your work day. with the short videos, it's really easy to drop what you're doing for half an hour, just watch an episode and do a little quiz and be done with it.
