What do you see as the main benefits to your team having access to Recruitment Juice?
Peter Joseph: To me, the main benefits to my team of having Juice is that it gives them an amazing foundation to the world of recruitment. It allows them to keep up to date with best practice and it helps to make sure that they're involved in continuous professional development.
What do you and your team love most about Juice?
Peter Joseph: What me and my team love about Juice is that there is so much content, it's so easy to access. The platform is easy to navigate. The pathways are fantastic and very, appropriate to the work that we do. The information again is very appropriate to what we do within the world of recruitment. And it helps set the foundation for everything that we do in our company in the lines of recruitment.
Would you recommend Recruitment Juice to other recruiters, and why?
Peter Joseph: I would definitely recommend Recruitment Juice to other recruiters. In my career I have found it to be absolutely instrumental in progressing through the company in recruitment. It has been the foundation that I've always fallen back on and relied on when I've had to sit any exams. The information and knowledge that I gained from Recruitment Juice is what actually got me through most of my accredited qualifications in recruitment. The content that I accessed was, the thing that was there in my mind. Juice is very much the way that I learn so I could take the information in and retain the information better. So I would recommend Juice because it's again because of the content, the way that the sessions are laid out, it's easy to return the information. In my company everybody is contracted to do an hour's training every week. And a part of that training is dedicated to accessing Recruitment Juice to make sure that the teams are always at the front of what they are doing and can access the knowledge if they need to do it. So, yeah, I would highly recommend Recruitment Juice. Every new person who comes into my company follows a juicy pathway to make sure that they too get the same foundations before they move on to learning about how to manage and run a desk. So I could not talk highly enough about Recruitment Juice.
