Sam Klepper: Hi, I'm Sam Klepper. I'm the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product at ShotSpotter. We're a law enforcement technology company and we used Shortlist to hire a Senior Demand Gen Lead, in a very short amount of time. We found the service to be really fast, easy, and actually kind of fun to use. I think the whole process just took a couple of weeks.
What was the outcome of your Shortlist?
Sam Klepper: We found somebody who had all the qualifications for the job and everyone who interviewed him felt that he's a really good fit for the company.
What do you love most about Shortlist?
Sam Klepper: What I really like about Shortlist is the online dashboard where you receive your candidates on a link to their LinkedIn profiles. And you can easily click a button that says "Yes, I want to talk to that candidate" and you get an automated introduction or "No, I'm not interested" But of course, the thing I love the most is that I got a qualified candidate really fast.
Would you recommend Shortlist to others? Why?
Sam Klepper: I've already started recommending Shortlist to others in my company. I think it's a really innovative alternative to full service recruiting at a really reasonable price.
