Jessica Pancoast: Hi, my name is Jesse Pancoast. I am the Corporate Recruiter with Genuine Foods and that's how I know Recruit Rockstars.
What was the outcome of your Shortlist?
Jessica Pancoast: We have a couple different Shortlists with Recruit Rockstars, and they've all been very helpful in helping us get in touch with people we otherwise wouldn't. I know that we made one or two hires from Shortlist as well and are continuing to work off of the Shortlist for other positions.
What do you love most about Shortlist?
Jessica Pancoast: What I love most about Shortlist is it's so easy to use. They send people over. When it gets added to, you get a notification. And I can really go through those candidates myself and see who I want to talk to. And then they just set up that intro and it's personable. It's easy and it gives us a lot of people that I would otherwise not hear from.
Would you recommend Shortlist to others? Why?
Jessica Pancoast: I would definitely recommend Shortlist to other people, especially when you have a bunch of roles open, because it just gives you such a different set of candidates that you might not otherwise get. It saves some of that hassle that we don't always have time for stalking other people on LinkedIn. And they really narrow down people that are interested in your company. It's also just so user friendly and we all don't have enough time in the day. So it's a great way to save yourself some time and get great candidates.
