Please introduce yourself.

Eryn Knight: My name is Eryn Knight. I'm the Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Good Idea Drinks.

What was the outcome of your Shortlist?

Eryn Knight: By using Recruit Rockstars, we were able to find someone in 2 weeks, where we thought we were going to have to take a few months to find someone who was perfect for our niche. And we're moving forward with them next week. It cost a lot less than we had expected as well.

What do you love most about Shortlist?

Eryn Knight: When comparing Recruit Rockstars to traditional recruiting, you're looking at a few weeks instead of a few months. And far less as far as budget, compared to traditional recruiting, which is usually tens of thousands of dollars and doesn't guarantee that they're going to stay in seat either. We were able to get a highly qualified candidate for our niche that was perfect for the role within probably a quarter of the amount of time we were expecting to. So it really made us a believer. And we're going to be continuing to use Recruit Rockstars.

Would you recommend Shortlist to others? Why?

Eryn Knight: When comparing Recruit Rockstars to traditional recruiting, as well as job boards, I would say it beats both of them hands down. Working with a recruiter usually takes months and costs a lot, as I said before, and job boards end up racking up a lot of time, and also a lot of whittling through candidates that are poor matches and can also end up costing a lot if the job boards are costing per listing or things like that. So I would say Recruit Rockstars is the way to go if you are looking to scale your business, want it to be an efficient and quick process, but also cost effective and to find the person perfect for your niche without having to sift or wait.
