Alex Stepien: My name is Alex Stepien, CEO of Cappex. When it came time for Cappex to hire a General Manager for our enrollment services division, we turned to Shortlist.
What was the outcome of your Shortlist?
Alex Stepien: Our Shortlist produced a handful of really high-quality candidates that led to significantly positive conversations with about 4 or 5 who were serious enough and a good fit to take further in our process. Ultimately, we were able to find our dream candidate from Shortlist and bring her on board to lead our enrollment services division.
What do you love most about Shortlist?
