Episode 28: So there's a few ways of looking at the second theme, which sort of is around preparing, as you say, for the future of work. I'm gonna, quote, you to you, Neil.
Episode 28: "It's only driving growth that we can fund public services and bring the tax burden down. But success in that mission, the prosperity of the UK rests primarily on the talent of our people". So it's very clear there and that speaks to any politician or it should speak to any politician thinking about almost any policy issue. When we talk about preparing for the future, there are some things about helping us address some of the challenges that we've got right now around the tight labour market and getting more people into the labour market with the right skills. So we talk about what that means and with regards to having an immigration policy that flexes and meets the needs of business and there are some specific asks around that.
