Gary Wills: I've always been proud to work within the recruitment industry. I've worked as a recruiter for the best part of 20 years. I still celebrate each placement that I make as if it was my first. I love the highs, the lows, I'm kind of getting a bit more numb to them now and I'm getting used to them. But I like the fact that the recruitment sector now is actually being seen a bit more as a professional service and the value that recruiters can really give to clients and candidates.
Chris Armitage: I'm very proud to be part of the recruitment industry and that Caval are leaders in
Chris Armitage: construction recruitment throughout the UK. We provide opportunities for both blue collar and white collar workers, whether they be working on site as a laborer or site managers or quantity surveyors. We provide opportunities for all.
Chris Mapp: I'd say one of the main reasons I'm proud of being part of the recruitment industry is because you have the ability to change people's lives. I've been in the industry now for 10 years and it certainly has changed my life. Seeing the growth and the journey that I've been on: I don't even recognise the person that I was 10 years ago. So giving people the opportunity, working closely with candidates and clients alike, helping businesses grow, supporting candidates. I just absolutely love the diversity of every single day. The recruitment industry when it's done well is the best industry that you can work in.
