Ted Broderick: Since starting Liberty's real estate investment program in 2016, we've teamed with real projective to help diligence acquisitions and oversee development on more than 23 deals. They provide trusted advice to identify and reduce our risks. We're thrilled to celebrate their 15 years in business and look forward to working with them for many more years.
Phil Brandt: Over the last several years, we at Inari have partnered with Real Projectives on three custom R and D spaces, each with their own set of customizations and timelines. The team at RPL has greatly helped us through each of these during the design process during the construction process all the way through occupancy. In each of these projects. I've greatly valued the team's council and leadership during the process. I greatly look to continuing our relationship with RPL in the future and Inari congratulates RPL on 15 years in the business.
