How did you first hear about Real Estate Experts and what stood out that caused you to choose them?
Hamid Najafi: I found real estate experts actually through Zillow and. Uh, that we contacted each other and we scheduled the time to do a video call. I was very impressed by the way they were prepared to go over all the different options and give me the reasons why I should be working with them as opposed to other agents, and I was very impressed by by that presentation, how they were prepared. And how they answered my questions properly and accurately.
What did they do better or differently to help get you great results? (ex: They facilitated design, construction & funding)
Hamid Najafi: They introduced me to their construction company partner. And we went over all the details and they completed the project, they funded the project, they completed on time, very impressively. And uh I was very, very happy with what they did, and that was a major uh help that I got from real estate experts.
What specific result did they get you that you were happy about? (ex: They got us 5 offers & sold $900k over asking in 12 days)
Hamid Najafi: As a result of that excellent and on-time remodeling job. We ended up getting about a million dollars more for our house compared to if he had not done the remodeling. The government's offer in, I think about 12 days, several offers, and one of them was substantially over the asking price and we happily sold it at that time.
Would you recommend them to someone considering using them and why?
Hamid Najafi: Yeah, I highly recommend them to anyone. Uh, in this area wants to sell their house, uh, whether they do the remodeling or they don't, I think, uh, besides the help in the remodeling that they provided to us, they were very professional, very friendly, easy to work with, uh, honest, and Uh, straightforward, so I highly recommend them to, to you or to others who want to sell their house, and I already recommended them, in fact, to one of my best friends.
