What excites you most about partnering with sterile processing professionals while at ReadySet?
Ryan Furtado: Working in sterile processing is very personally rewarding. It's rewarding to know that the work that you perform and the level of detail in which you need to perform it, is going to have a direct and profound impact on improving someone else's life. I saw a post circulating on social media not that long ago that said something to the effect of your mundane. Tuesday is someone else's life-changing event. And in sterile processing, I can't think of a truer statement. At ReadySet, my role allows me to help these sterile processing departments. I help take a lot of the ancillary burdens off of the sterile processing team members so they can focus on what they need to do. And that is infection prevention.
