Tell us about your journey from being a healthcare supply chain leader to joining ReadySet.
Patti Hoch: Happy Supply Chain Week, everyone. I'm Patty Hoch. I'm the Vice President of Product Development and Supply Chain here at ReadySet Surgical. I have been a supply chain leader for the past 20 years in Operations and Sourcing all over the country. Several different organizations. About a year and a half ago, I came to ReadySet Surgical to try to solve some of the problems that I had seen in my various roles in supply chain and were difficult to solve inside any one institution. Being at ReadySet allows me to build software to create supply chain solutions that plagued me through my entire career.
What excites you most about partnering with supply chain professionals while at ReadySet?
Patti Hoch: One of the things I love about working at ReadySet is how much I get to interact with all of my supply chain colleagues and being able to talk to them about the solutions that we have that can help them through their bill-only process or through their surgical loaner tray process, how to create vendor accountability. I love that I get to be in this job, but also I get to stay connected with all the people that I've worked with in this industry for so many years.
