What's been your biggest win?

Alexei Gaynanov: I think that working with David is really hammered home. How important supplemental work is to your chosen activity. So, for me as a runner, um, I've always known that strength and conditioning and stretching are important, Um, to your kind of overall, um, success. But working with David over the last couple of months specifically has really made me realise how vital, uh, stretching and kind of that strength and conditioning work is not only to, um, your overall well being, but to your success and, um, kinda doing well in your chosen activities. So I think my biggest win has definitely been learning about my body and how important it is to, um, continuously do stretching and strength and condition. And because it's only going to, um, help me in the long run.

What have you enjoyed the most about working with me?

Alexei Gaynanov: I think David is very knowledgeable and passionate, and I think that really helps with bringing his clients along. So it's very clear that he not only, um, believes in in the stuff that he tries to get across, but he also practises what he preaches. So I think that's been very important to me personally. Um, he's also very good at adjusting, um, activities to your needs and also the way he explains things, um, is also really, really good. I have, for example, sometimes struggle with, um, understanding. Certain, um, requests are just even kind of understanding what I'm supposed to be doing in a in a particular stretch or in a particular activity. So he's very good at kind of contextualising it and maybe changing, um, the ask so that I can better understand it, which I think has been very important because sometimes I don't I can't quite grasp what I'm supposed to be doing, and he's able to, um, kinda explain it in in various ways so that I'm very clear on what I'm supposed to do.

Who would you recommend the program for?

Alexei Gaynanov: I would generally recommend um, David's programmes to anyone who's looking to either bounce back from injuries, kind of get back into, um, an activity after a long break or just, you know, supplement what they already do, um, and get fitter and stronger regardless of how old you are. But I think it is really important to, um, utilise kind of everything at your disposal to get better. Uh, whether it is whether you're a runner, whether you're a cyclist, whether you just want to get stronger or kind of more flexible, and I think David's programmes do a very good job at helping you achieve your goals.
