Siddharths Property Journey

Hi, my name is Siddharth, I recently bought a house with my wife in Newcastle. I moved to Newcastle with my family three years ago from Victoria where we still own our first home. We realised in Newcastle that the rental market is tight and expensive. So we realised it would be wise to buy our own house. However, we were not sure about the borrowing capacity so... and many other things that goes into buying houses, that's when I was referred to Raj through a common acquaintance and I'm glad I took his advice and called Raj. I spoke to Raj and we did a couple of zoom calls, Raj assured me that he would help us in every possible way. Um, during the process, Raj was in constant touch with us through phone calls and text He would respond immediately every time I text including weekends. He gave us financial advice as to what we need to do with the current situation in order to secure the loan or with pre-approval process and once we approve, once we receive the pre-approval, the next big step obviously was to look for the house and that's when Manoj comes in. Raj introduced us to Manoj, he is with the Keys to Dream Manoj helped us a lot, looking for a property which would meet our budget and requirement. Manoj would start short listing the houses and send us the videos of those houses. He would go himself and inspect them and make a video and send it to us. Um, we would only go to those houses, which we think we liked through the video. So it saved us a lot of time and trouble. And finally we found the house which ticked all the checklist and that's when we needed the solicitor. So Raj again referred us to Lala the solicitor who helped us understand in our contract and made us uh made it easy for us to proceed with the house and the contract and we knew there was no trouble. Ah so with Raj, Lala and Manoj working constantly in the background to ensure the bank process would go smooth without any breach. It was like an autopilot. I didn't have to do much once the house was received, that's it. All the three, they took care of it at this point I was I didn't have to do anything actually just signed the paperwork. I like how everything was working as a team and I like the teamwork of all the three in the background. I'm glad I chose the right team. Um yeah this is it, this is my journey... our journey and yeah, I'm recording this from the house, we just moved in so I would, I would recommend everyone Raj or Lala or Manoj.
