Could you describe your experience the last time Rapid Response Remodeling helped you on a project?
Susan Lightner: Hi. When utilizing their service, I had asked them to take my original deck, which was made of wood and transition it to a screened in deck made out of the trucks, composite uh decking material. And um additionally with a covered roof, um which was made to look just like the roof um of my house. So it didn't look like an afterthought on the interior ceiling of the deck. They utilized uh natural wood so that it looked very, very natural and rustic. Um Overall, I was very, very pleased um with the exceptional um services that I got.
How would you rate Rapid Response Remodeling’s communication efforts?
Susan Lightner: I would rate this company a five out of a five. I did have some little issues that did have to, um, be tended to and they were very responsive and they were fixed appropriately.
Why is Rapid Response Remodeling different from other contracting services you’ve used in the past?
Susan Lightner: This company was, um, different from other companies I've used in the past, um, in the sense that they were very responsive to my phone calls, um, about issues and updates about what was going on with the project.
How would you compare Rapid Response Remodeling’s pricing to other companies you have used previously?
Susan Lightner: In terms of pricing, I feel this company was very reasonable um for the quality of work that they performed.
Last question, how likely would you be to recommend Rapid Response Remodeling to a family member or friend?
Susan Lightner: And I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends and family.
