Could you describe your experience the last time Rapid Response Remodeling helped you on a project?
Joseph W Henderson: All I have to say is rapid response is amazing. We used them to get a roof and start on our house. Went through the insurance company. They were with us throughout the whole process, letting us know everything to do time frames, stuff like that. We had a roof in weeks. Um I'd use them 100% again and we're looking into other stuff that we might use them for remodeling on our house because they were just great to work with.

Joseph W Henderson: Rapid response has great communication. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, keeping us abreast of everything that was happening.
Why is Rapid Response Remodeling different from other contracting services you’ve used in the past?
Joseph W Henderson: Rapid response made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Um Just their communication, their friendliness, it just their knowledge. It made me feel like I was working with somebody who really knew what they were doing.
How would you compare Rapid Response Remodeling’s pricing to other companies you have used previously?
Joseph W Henderson: Rapid response was upfront and honest about everything. Um Steven Jeff, let me know about any pricing issues that could come up along the way or that might happen. Um And they informed me of anything that happened as soon as it happened. Uh So there were never any surprises or unexpected costs at the end.
Last question, how likely would you be to recommend Rapid Response Remodeling to a family member or friend?
Joseph W Henderson: I would 100% recommend rapid response to any friend or family or just anybody looking to work with a good company that's going to be honest and upfront with you and give you quality finished product.
