Could you describe your experience the last time Rapid Response Remodeling helped you on a project?
Cindy Pagella: Hi there. I just wanted to give my review of rapid response remodeling. I don't normally make videos like this, but I was so impressed with the workmanship and the kindness and the professionalism that I just felt others should benefit from my experience. Uh We had a roof situation where uh shingles had come off from a storm and I just had this feeling our roof had not really been done, I think in years, so rapid response came out, got on our roof and only obviously saw the shingles that came off but were able to assess other loose shingles and um the uh state of our roof was not in good shape. So they immediately uh got down off the roof and called our insurance company. We gave them the information. Um The insurance company also came out and all the information that they needed rapid response gave to them and the insurance approved it and we got our entire roof paid through with the insurance company. Um Jeffrey Lewis was just amazing, gave us um detail by detail exactly what would happen, how long it would take. Um And it was exactly what he said, the workmanship was great. The roof looks spectacular. Uh They cleaned up. It was just, I think it was done in two days. It was just so happy with them. If we ever need any other work, we'll definitely be using a rapid response. So, again, good luck to them and for anyone who wants to use them, definitely a thumbs up. Thanks.
How would you rate Rapid Response Remodeling’s communication efforts?
Cindy Pagella: Rapid response communication was amazing. They would call or text back within, gosh, I think, 15 or 20 minutes, um, every question answered and was very happy with their communication.
Why is Rapid Response Remodeling different from other contracting services you’ve used in the past?
Cindy Pagella: The reason rapid response remodeling is different from other companies that we have used is the personal touch. Um extremely uh communicative and friendly and interested in what we wanted, what our vision was and helped us to achieve it. They really take pride in their work and their number one priority is to make sure the customer is happy. So I was very pleased with that.
How would you compare Rapid Response Remodeling’s pricing to other companies you have used previously?
Cindy Pagella: The pricing of rapid response remodeling was very affordable um especially for us because the insurance um paid for it. But even without that, they were very competitive and uh definitely worth it. You cannot put a price sometimes on just having a secured roof and the quality of work, but they were incredibly reasonable. And I think better than almost any other prices that and quotes that I got. So I was happy with that.
Last question, how likely would you be to recommend Rapid Response Remodeling to a family member or friend?
Cindy Pagella: I will definitely be referring a rapid response remodeling to any family or friends that need a new roof or other work done. I was very happy with them and um, they will, they will be my number one people to go to for any work that is needed.
