What’s the ROI of video testimonials for your organization, and how do you measure it?
Rajiv Rangan: The way content is consumed has fundamentally changed. People are more used to short form audio visual material. Thanks to Instagram and YouTube reels and so on. So we want to generate short-form audiovisual content both from our employees and customers at scale. And that we believe will be the qualitative ROI where we fundamentally change the way content is created and consumed, moving away from text to more of audiovisual content.
Would you recommend others try Vocal Video? Why?
Rajiv Rangan: Absolutely, very big thumbs up to Vocal Video. I think it's one of the most fluid software that I've encountered recently.
