What is the value of R2P2 Yoga for you and your life?
Sam Ojaomo: Hello, everyone. Um, I've been taking R2P2 yoga for 10 months now and it's been a consistent source of rest and relaxation. Uh, my favorite position is Shavasana and what definitely keeps me coming back is while you're there. Not really moving. Um, and you're taking a moment to appreciate your breath, you are able to develop a deep gratitude for life and knowing that I have that experience as part of my week has been really great, uh, over this time period and I'm going to class today and I'm looking forward to it.
How would you describe Kirtaniya in three words? What has she taught you?
Sam Ojaomo: How would I describe Kirtaniya first? I'll say inviting. I remember just approaching her having a conversation, which is how I ended up taking the class in the first place. I would also say very knowledgeable. Uh She knows what she's doing and she's able to really communicate that to you and help you understand what you're doing yourself. Also, I would say she's a true Yogi. You know, there's a mysterious special quality to the class itself and to the way that she teaches it, I've never been more relaxed in my life. And also while you're taking the class, she helps you understand that it's not about doing all the moves perfectly. It's what quality effort you put into it. And that's truly how I've gotten the most out of taking these classes.
Why is R2P2 Wellness (aka R2P2 Yoga) different from other similar services?
Sam Ojaomo: The biggest difference I've seen with R2P2 is that it treats yoga more than just exercise. It shows me that has a deeper meaning and connects me to everything, to the world, to the universe that the life that I have is really a gift and I should appreciate it more. Also, it is very much focused on you being able to receive a sense of relaxation and I would have not had that intention for yoga before then. So it's really been an all around transformative experience.
Would you recommend R2P2 Wellness to a friend or loved one?
Sam Ojaomo: Yes, I would definitely recommend R2P2 wellness uh to my friends and family. Uh I feel like it is something that, you know, my parents could benefit from. And there's so many things that come as a part of R2P2 that I think everyone should look into. I've enjoyed the yoga classes a lot. , I would also recommend that if you're trying to increase your balance, gain more flexibility and really relax because I think it's a really stressful time and this is something that can definitely make that easier.
