What is the value of R2P2 Yoga for you and your life?

Mimi Bekele: Hi, my name is Mimi. I uh have been attending uh Ms. K's yoga class for the last uh uh I believe like three months. And I really truly appreciate the her patience, her flexibility and her attentiveness. Uh When I started this yoga class, I was a little bit stiff and I was not sure of um all the positions that we were doing and with her ongoing support and her modification, I am able to do more with my body. So I truly appreciate it. I also had some issues with my back. So she always modified. So I don't hurt more. So anyone who would like to attend her classes, I think you can benefit from it. She is wonderful. She's very energized, very positive all the time and so patient with uh all her students. So I recommend her class if anybody is willing to challenge themselves in good yoga, relaxation exercises in the Sunday afternoon, which is energizing for your whole week. Have a wonderful day. Mimi Bekele: Yoga exercise is very important to me because, um, I work most of the day, uh, driving and sitting. Um, I don't do much of exercise. So yoga helps me to, um, relax our body and also help me to, um, release a tight muscle at the end of the day. Thank you.

How would you describe Kirtaniya in three words? What has she taught you?

Mimi Bekele: In three words, I can say that Ms. K um taught me to relax uh to energize at the same time and also to be patient with my body.

Mimi Bekele: In three words, I can say that Miss Kay taught me flexibility. Uh She taught me to help relax my back and also um her patience. She taught me to be patient with my body so I can, you know, function better. Thank you.

Why is R2P2 Wellness (aka R2P2 Yoga) different from other similar services?

Mimi Bekele: This particular yoga is different from other exercises because it is done uh on the comfort of your own body. So if you have pain and aches, she always modify the positioning so that you don't hurt. Uh It is like a 1 to 1, it feels like really individual geared. It doesn't even feel like that she is teaching many of us at the same time. So I appreciate the care that I'm getting. It's like being cared for. So this is completely different from a group exercise where everybody is doing the exercise and nobody is really looking at you or what you're doing. So you, you know, you don't hurt yourself. So this is very individualized, very personalized at the same time, very, very relaxing. So, thank you.

Would you recommend R2P2 Wellness to a friend or loved one?

Mimi Bekele: I definitely recommend this class to anyone who has, uh, you know, joint pains aches at the back or knee or whatever you have. This is, you know, at the same time, you know, like emotional stress, it really helps the breathing exercise, the calm exercise helps us to engage with our, our own body. So this, I recommend this to anyone who wants to relax at the same time who wants to work and exercise and tone up. So, yes, absolutely. I encourage it to anyone.
