What is the value of R2P2 Yoga for you and your life?

Michelle Allen: My yoga class is very important to me. I look forward to it every week because my body feels great afterwards. And even more importantly, I feel mentally relaxed, like I've reset for the week.

How would you describe Kirtaniya in three words? What has she taught you?

Michelle Allen: Kirtaniya is motivating knowledgeable and friendly. She has taught me a lot about yoga, including different poses, but also how yoga can help you mentally as well as physically. Um Yoga has become more about spiritual connectedness. For me, it actually helps when I'm stressed out and having anxiety more than just being a physical exercise, which I get also. But I actually like it more for the, the mental aspect now.

Why is R2P2 Wellness (aka R2P2 Yoga) different from other similar services?

Michelle Allen: This class is different than other yoga classes that I've taken because it doesn't only focus on your body and the physical benefits you can get from yoga. But it also helps you to connect with yourself and any spiritual higher being you may have. Um It's just really overall so good for your mental health as it relaxes you and helps you with any stress and anxiety that you may be having.

Would you recommend R2P2 Wellness to a friend or loved one?

Michelle Allen: I would definitely recommend this yoga class to my friends and family. And as a matter of fact, I already have.
