What challenges led your organization to work with QualityWorks?
NanaEfua Afoh-Manin: works. In the beginning, as a starter, we got really excited about building a matching platform and were introduced to QualityWorks and setting up our first MvP.
Could you describe how QualityWorks helped your organization, including any metrics that come to mind?
NanaEfua Afoh-Manin: QualityWorks really helped us as a starter because we did not know the technology landscape whatsoever. We knew there was a problem in society we wanted to fix, which was matching great people with great opportunities to do good work and rewarding them for that. So we wanted to create a matching platform that rewards with volunteerism through a student loan rewards program. And it was very helpful to have QualityWorks on our side because they were able to help orient us to understand what was possible at the level that we were at, as starters. So that included being able to understand what out-of-the box solutions technology wise we could have went into rather than spend an enormous amount of money focusing on customization early on. So that I thought was incredible. They were a delighted to work with, obviously recognized some of the pain points that were just so novices that was at the beginning. And so that team really held our hand and really believed in the work that we were doing and the technology we're trying to build. That was wonderful.
What has been the most significant and impactful difference in working with QualityWorks over other service providers?
NanaEfua Afoh-Manin: I think what was the most impactful and significant part of working with QualityWorks is I don't think we could have asked for a better agency to start up with. You know, we have now five years going, we've seen various iterations of our platform, we've gone through bumps in the road, but we've always been able to go back to the team at QualityWorks to help us redirect, find other resources, even gain insight. So I think that has been wonderful, just not that they were just an agency that we worked with in the beginning to get started, but this long lasting relationship that we've had They obviously care about our product and the work that we're doing and have been navigating us through the process for over five years. Other services that we've done in terms of just understanding what we need in terms of leveling up technology, leveling up support in securities around that, testing around our platform. So, so much, so well worth the original investment and looking forward to continuing to build that relationship.
